When we first began to use Sparkle and Shine in May, 2012, Libby provided us with a complete list of exactly what cleaning services she would provide so there would be no confusion as to what was expected. On each visit, all of those services have been completed to our great satisfaction. Libby has also shared different ideas with us regarding the upkeep of the offices. She has been very easy to reach and always available to help us and to answer any questions we may have had. We are extremely pleased with the services we have been provided by Libby.
