My name is Libby Boozer, a resident of Blythewood, SC. I am the Owner/CEO of Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Company, established in 1995. I started Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Company in 1995 with my husband when we first started our family. What started as a part-time way for us to support our growing needs, turned into a passion that I take very seriously.
